The owners of Made In The Shade Charleston are marvelous. They make you feel at ease immediately. They are very familiar with all their products and bring samples according to what you have suggested that you are interested. My husband and I are retired and decided that we could only afford to do one window at a time. The Berry's were more than understanding and agreed that whatever schedule we needed to follow was what they could work with as well. The installation went like clockwork. The installer did his thing and the Berry's were there to make sure the finished product was what we had envisioned. We could not be happier with our new living room window and look forward to being able to call them again soon. These folks are the best !

Scott and Jen are an amazing husband and wife team! They truly care about the end result for any given clients project.
